崔倬銘（焯庭），廣東省江門市新會人。 1955年出生。 1976年畢業佛山區中醫專科班。 1981年結業於廣東中山醫科大學、腫瘤醫院腫瘤外科。曾在新會人民醫院工作多年。 1987年移居澳洲，創辦保康醫療中心。三十多年來以脈法、針法和手法三大法門技術治病。 2004年又畢業中國遼寧中醫學院碩士研究生班。經常參加世界各國的醫學交流和研討，發表不少的中醫論文。 崔醫師與當今中國幾大名家，亦師亦友。尋師訪友，吸收各大師的經驗自成一體。將脈運用到極致。對於脈法有極大的興趣和愛好。用脈去體察人體的氣血變化，去分析疾病的本質，內外兼修。力求取得最好的療效。
